Learning & Program Consent

I, the undersigned parent/guardian, give my consent for my child to participate in the educational program provided by Inspired Arrows Homeschool Community, LLC. I understand and agree that my child will be participating in learning activities and that all decisions regarding curriculum and instruction are at the discretion of the program coordinators.

I understand there are inherent risks associated with these activities, and I assume all risks and responsibility for any injury or loss that may occur. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Inspired Arrows Homeschool Community, LLC and its staff from any liability.

Photo Release *

I, the undersigned, grant permission for Inspired Arrows Hybrid Community, LLC to use photographs or videos of my child for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and printed materials. I understand that my child's name may or may not be used in connection with these images.

Device Policy *

Students are not permitted to bring any electronic devices to the program that have Wi-Fi capability or can be connected to the internet. This includes, but is not limited to, cell phones, tablets, smartwatches, and laptops. Devices found on a learner will be held by a staff member and returned to the parent/guardian at the end of the day.

Refund Policy *

I, the undersigned, understand that all tuition, fees, and other payments made to Inspired Arrows Homeschool Community, LLC are non-refundable. Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of Inspired Arrows Homeschool Community, LLC.
