Our Team
Rebecca & Nick Ezolt
Nick and Rebecca Ezolt co-founded Inspired Arrows based on a shared vision to bring a Christ-centered, homeschool hybrid experience to their local community. Sparked by the desire to create a program that they envisioned for their own sons, Inspired Arrows will instill godly values, meaning, and purpose into the next generation. A focus on character, virtues, work ethic, and contribution they have developed a program that will benefit the whole family.
Rebecca has over 20 years of corporate business experience. In 2025 she left her role as CEO of a large salon and medical spa to pursue a calling toward ministry, consulting, and now serving as the Executive Director of Inspired Arrows. Rebecca brings a heart of service and a wealth of business experience to the team.
Nick is a self-employed HVAC technician with a heart for the trades and will be instrumental in our life skills and vocational programming. He will serve as an advisor and student mentor focusing on life skills and the trades.
